Alles word in de winkel goed en uitgebreid uitgelegd. Installatie en in ons geval opbouw van de schouw waar de inbouw pelletkachel in moest is ook super netjes gedaan. Als je vragen hebt na installatie werden deze ook allemaal beantwoord. Heel tevreden met onze inbouw pelletkachel van Nordic Fire. Al met al een goed bedrijf die ik andere ook zou aanraden.
